  Very bad service! They can't even speak english and they gave us a wrong seat for the child, it was broken and not the right seat for the weight of the child, although we had asked everything before.So we had to drive from Torrox to Nerja instead of going to a trip to request another seat.

  Had to wait 20 minutes before someone turned up. This was at 10 in the morning. The place works till 14.00. Surprising attitude for a company like Europcar!

  Wrong address and nobody was there although it should be still opened

  The adress isn't the actual one. The building is abandoned. I was realy shocked when I went there to get my car. It wasn't easy to get the information where the actual adress is located. The Eurocar office is next to the Rio Marinas Hotel, not far from the old adress.
